Terms & Conditions

• Must be 18+ to enter. UK entrants only.
• The prize, and number of prizes, as shown on this webpage cannot be changed or substituted for a cash alternative.
• The prize draw will take place once the competition has closed.  The closing date for the competition is shown on this webpage. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• The draw will be performed at random and the winner will be notified by Sheerluxe within the time scale stated in the survey, either by telephone or email.
• If the winner(s) have not claimed their prize within 7 days of first attempted contact, we reserve the right to draw another winner and follow the same process until the prize is claimed.
• Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• Pub in the Park Festivals Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• Pub in the Park Festivals retain the rights to the contact details/data of any person who enters the competition and opts in to hear from Pub in the Park Festivals.
• The promoters decision is final and Pub in the Park Festivals do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or negligence as a result of participating in any promotions.
