Up and coming young chef Aston is 14 years old. His parents bought him a little bbq in June 2020 to keep him occupied during lockdown and he started an Instagram account Smokin_maple_meats to document his progress. He has since gathered quite a following, and cooks outside over fire several times a week, all year round.

Aston also enjoys going to festivals to appear on stage, helping out some of his bbq hero’s at events such as pop ups and weddings and loves looking online to learn new skills.
